The boiled boudin was cold & flavourless. It seems here in guadeloupe, there is very indiscriminate fishing practices, and in turn, restaurant practises.
We laughed when splashed by the spray! it is one of my favorite restaurants on...We happen to stop there by lunch time ,the restaurant was full.However,the food was great and the price was correct for the lobster. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The server was polite and helpful...I believe we were served up reef fish - large tangs. So booking is hardly recommended. we eat local and traditional dishes. We asked if they could suggest an alternative and they wrote this name...I had a superb lime marinated fish starter as I gazed at the incoming tide lapping the edge of the porch. The court-boullion was good and the grilled fish was fine.
