Our first hotel since COVID. It's very difficult to get in and out of with no hand rails and I consider myself quite agile. Our hotel room was lovely to look at, but difficult to live in. Families enjoy the breakfast. Great bed and bedding but the bathroom (and I use that word with difficulty as there was no bathroom) was dreadful. Does Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix offer any business services?Yes, it conveniently offers a business centre, meeting rooms, and a banquet room. The rooms were very comfortable and especially loved the bathrobes in the room...super luxe! We had a great Valentine’s meal at Les Labours, their vegan courge bonbon risotto was super yummy.

They'll find you an incredible place to stay. There are more places to choose from in the Baie-St-Paul area.50 Rue De La Ferme, Baie-St-Paul, Charlevoix, Quebec G3Z 0G2 Canada50 Rue De La Ferme, Baie-St-Paul, Charlevoix, Quebec G3Z 0G2 CanadaVery, very cool design, lots to do in the area, beautiful setting but the best part was the staff, unbelievably nice and friendly and helpful. The spa, main restaurant, gallery were all closed. There’s only one place to rent equipment from, $50 per person per day.

The thermal spa and massage were great! There is a wonderful 20-minute walk through the back of the property to the St. Lawrence River. However it is a bit frustrating when you arrive and there is no toilet paper.

The rooms are spotless, cozy and stylish. I can see this place as a destination for a future visit but it will take a long time to speak well of this chain of hotels as at the time of checkout no consideration or discount for the lack of amenities was considered. Le Germain Hotel Charlevoix is located between the mountains and the St. Lawrence River in the Charlevoix region of Quebec, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The location is wonderful, meals good, and everyone was keen to help. Rest assured this is not what we aim to offer our guests and I will make sure the appropriate measures are applied. Next time with our three teens! I am sure this business is having a difficult time and is availing itself of all the support programs offered by government, but I cannot excuse the lack of consideration for us as guests who received two star service at a five star price.Dear M. Soleterre I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your stay with us on march 2020. The lobby and the reception area is filled with art work and lovely little touches that makes a wonderful first impression. Don’t forget your bathing suit and be prepared to be very cold on the way back to your hotel room since you have to go outside.

No housekeeping was provided and no one bothered to tell us. Garantie du … Located in Baie-Saint-Paul, the hotel is the perfect base from which to discover the fabulous region of Charlevoix, a UNESCO-designated World Biosphere Reserve.

However, please accept our most sincere apologies about the mechanical issues you encountered. Skiing at Le Massif is fun and expensive.

I am amazed there have been no accidents reported...it is just a matter of time. Over the course of the next 24 hours we tried a couple of times to get our toilet to flush but their efforts only worked once before the toilet was blocked again. The spa circuit is relaxing and invigorating.

Nicolas has a whole range of vegan coffees that we enjoyed every day of our stay, and also a large choice of pastries, pies and cakes for non vegans. Please accept my best regards, Thierry teck@germainhotels.com The hotel, restaurant, and spa exceeded our expectations.

The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the quaint town of Baie-St-Paul. Unique, rustic rooms are equipped with goose-down comforters and minibars, plus flat-screen TVs, Nespresso coffeemakers and free Wi-Fi. Great service too. Walking outside, instead through the hotel corridors, is much quicker though. The staff took great care to ensure our experience was memorable. Taxes and fees that are shown are estimates only. The shower was in a clawfoot tub located in the bedroom itself with a simple curtain that never pulled all around resulting in a lake or river with every shower. Skiing in Europe is definitely cheaper and more charming but Le Massif has beautiful river views and we loved the hotel Le Germain with the surrounding nature and villages. We stayed here just after Christmas and loved everything about our stay.

The reason I am writing this review is the safety issue with the shower and tub.
